We will meet at the Stake Center in the cultural hall. Casual dress is welcome, and parents, youth, and youth leaders are all invited to attend.

Yes they are. The stake site has these dates posted in the Youth Encampment Temple Days section above.

Parents, then the ward will be responsible for getting their youth to and from camp.
Stake will step in when all other options have been exhausted.

Activities will be divided by age, and all youth will participate with their age group.

If you have not turned in a permission slip, get it turned into your bishop immediately.

Wards are responsible for tents, sleeping bags, and basic camp gear.

No. Youth will NOT be allowed to drive for this camp.

Yes, adult leadership will be patrolling the camp.

No, leadership will have their own showers.

Yes, the auditorium is large enough to fit the whole camp indoors in an emergency.

There are possibly bears in the area, so food should not be kept in the tents.

Yes, every camp site has potable water.

Yes, each camp site has its own outhouse, and the showers have flush toilets.
Girls, boys, and leaders have showers and toilets assigned to them.
There will be no cross-using of these facilities.

Each campsite has a fire ring, however, at this time we are assuming there will be fire restrictions so don’t plan on having a fire.

It is up to the ward and individual preference on sleeping arrangements.

The camp sites do not have electricity. There are a few limited outlets in different areas of the camp, but access is very limited.
